Print this out. Put it on the fridge. Stop starting from scratch every Friday night wondering why you can never remember if you packed the sunscreen.

"The goal isn't perfection. The goal is getting through the day without feeling like you ran a half marathon while managing a small business."

— The Sideline Report

The Essentials

  • Seating — chairs, blanket, or both
  • Shade — tent or canopy, non-negotiable in summer
  • Water — more than you think you need
  • Sunscreen — and a reminder to actually use it on yourself too
  • First aid basics — band-aids, instant ice pack, athletic tape

For the Kids

  • Pre-game snack + post-game snack — keep them separate so they don't eat both in the car
  • Extra socks — always one extra pair
  • Backup shin guards if you have them
  • Change of clothes for after

For the Sideline

  • Small folding table if you have one
  • Trash bag — leave the field better than you found it
  • A cooler with actual ice, not just hopes

For You

  • Coffee in a real insulated cup
  • Something to eat that isn't your kid's orange slices
  • A hat
  • Your sanity — optional but strongly recommended

The Short Version

If the list feels overwhelming, here's the shortcut: reserve a Sideline Society setup and cross off everything in the Shade, Seating, and Sideline categories in one move. We handle those. You handle the snacks.
