Sideline Society services select events in Northern Virginia — not every tournament on the calendar. Head to our Tournaments page to confirm we'll be at your event before you reserve.

Browse our packages or build your own from individual rentals — tents, chairs, folding tables, team benches. Layer on add-ons like coolers, hydration kits, snack packs, and sideline survival kits.
Reserve Online
Complete your order directly on the tournament page. Payment is processed securely through Square — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay all accepted. Confirmation sent immediately.

Before your first game, Sideline Society delivers your gear directly to your field. Everything will be waiting when you arrive — no hunting around the complex, no lugging from the parking lot.

Return Your Gear
When the tournament wraps, break down your rentals and drop them at the designated Sideline Society drop-off zone on-site. Purchased items — kits, snacks, add-ons — are yours to keep. No need to return those.

At select events, Sideline Society sets up a headquarters tent on-site. If we're there, you can walk up and rent gear directly — no pre-order needed.
Walk-up inventory is based on what remains after online reservations. Quantities are limited and it's first come, first served.

Drop It & Go
Return rentals to the Sideline Society drop-off zone at the end of the tournament. Location and return window are always listed on your tournament page. Purchased items are yours to keep.

We recommend reserving at least 5–7 days before your tournament to guarantee availability. For popular events, booking early ensures your preferred package is secured. Last-minute reservations are sometimes possible — reach out and we'll do our best.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted through our Square checkout. All transactions are secure and processed by Square.
No deposit — your reservation is paid in full at the time of booking through our Square store. This keeps the process simple and ensures your gear is confirmed and allocated for your tournament day.
Yes. With our advance reservation packages, our team sets up your gear at your designated field area before your first game and handles full breakdown and pickup at the end of the day. You arrive, enjoy, and leave — we handle the rest.
Rental items (tents, chairs, tables, benches) must be returned at the drop-off zone. Purchased items (kits, snacks, food boxes) are consumables — keep them, no return needed.
Absolutely. You can add individual items to your reservation up until a few days before the event, subject to availability. Contact us directly and we'll update your order. On-site additions can also be made the day of at our headquarters tent.
Easy — just add individual items when you check out on Square. Need 8 chairs instead of 5? Add 3 individual chairs at $40 each. Our à la carte items are designed to complement any package.
Yes — look for the Sideline Society headquarters tent when you arrive at the tournament. On-site rentals are available for individual items subject to availability. For the best selection and guaranteed gear, we always recommend reserving in advance.
If a tournament is officially cancelled, we'll work with you on a full refund or credit toward a future event. For weather delays or shortened events, reach out to us directly and we'll find a fair solution. We're parents too — we get it.

Yes. All our tents are standard 10ft × 10ft canopies that meet the requirements of the tournaments we partner with. If you have specific questions about your event's tent policy, check with your tournament director — but in every event we partner with, our equipment is fully approved.
