It starts with the bookings — knowing which families are at which fields, which package they reserved, what time their first game kicks off. Everything gets mapped out so every setup lands in the right place at the right time. Logistics that happen invisibly because we did them before you woke up.
Then the gear. Every canopy is checked before it goes into the vehicle. Stakes are counted. Chairs are cleaned. Coolers are prepped and iced. Anything that's worn, torn, or not working exactly right gets pulled and replaced before it ever touches a field. You're not inheriting someone else's equipment problem.
Morning of, we're at the complex before most families have finished their first cup of coffee. Tents go up, setups are positioned, everything is in place. We're done and gone before the parking lot fills up.
